Terms of Use
- General Guidelines
1.Trainees must comply with all instructions issued by the Institution, the Academy, and the trainer.
2.Trainees must respect their fellow participants and refrain from any behavior that may hinder the training process.
3.Trainees must adhere to public etiquette and refrain from smoking or consuming food and beverages outside designated areas.
4.Trainees are prohibited from offending any national symbols or state policies, or engaging in political, security-related, tribal, or sectarian discussions that may incite division or disturb public order, whether directly or indirectly.
5.All trainees, trainers, and relevant parties acknowledge that they have reviewed and understood the provisions of this regulation.
- The Academy reserves the right to amend these terms or add new ones and will announce any updates accordingly.
- Course Registration
For Individuals:
Registration is completed by following the steps below:
1.Select the desired training course.
2.Complete the online registration form through the Academy’s website.
3.Ensure the trainee meets the basic eligibility requirements for the selected course.
4.Registration is confirmed only after completing all required information and paying the full course fees before the training begins through the approved payment channels.
- For Organizations:
Registration is completed by following the steps below:
1.Select the desired training courses.
2.Complete the online registration form through the Academy’s website, or submit the registration request via the designated registration email.
- Registration Cancellation
- Individuals/organizations may request to cancel registration, request a refund, switch to another course, or transfer the fee to a different course of equal value at least (5) business days before the start date.
- Refunds are not permitted after the course begins, nor in cases of absence, or failure to submit a cancellation request at least (5) business days before the course start date.
- Course Cancellation by the Academy
The Academy reserves the right to cancel any training course in the following cases:
1.If the Academy is compelled to cancel a course before or during its delivery due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, the participant (individual/organization) is entitled to a refund or the option to transfer the fee as credit.
- Attendance and Absence
1.Participants must arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes before the course begins.
2.Participants must attend at least (80%) of the total training hours. If absence exceeds (20%), the participant will be considered absent from the course.
3.If the organization wishes to request a customized training program tailored to its specific needs, it may contact the Academy via email at Sbaacademy@sba.sa or by phone at 0114428779.
4.Registration is confirmed only after completing all required information and paying the full training fees no later than (20) days before the start date, or by providing an official financial authorization letter (for government entities).
- Replacement of Nominees
1.Organizations may replace nominees up to two (2) business days prior to the course start date. Replacement requests after that period will not be accepted.
2.Replacement requests must be submitted through the Academy’s official communication channels.
- Payment Process
Training fees may be paid via bank transfer to the Saudi Broadcasting Authority account or through approved electronic payment channels.
- Training Evaluation
1. Trainee Evaluation:
1.The trainer conducts pre- and post-evaluation for each participant using the designated evaluation form.
2.At the end of each course, a report is prepared summarizing trainees’ evaluation results.
2. Course Evaluation by Participants:
Participants must complete the course evaluation form after the course ends, to support continuous improvement of training quality.
3. Trainee Satisfaction Measurement:
The Academy measures trainees’ satisfaction across several criteria, including content quality, trainer performance, level of benefit, and logistical services.
- Certificate Issuance
A participant is granted a certificate of completion if the following conditions are met:
1.Attendance of at least (80%) of total training hours.
2.Successful completion of all course requirements.
- Complaints and Grievances Mechanism
The Academy provides beneficiaries with the right to submit complaints or grievances related to administrative or training aspects through designated channels. The Academy ensures:
- Confidentiality of all submitted complaints.
- Professional and impartial handling of complaints, ensuring that no participant is adversely affected administratively or academically.
- Processing and resolving complaints within a maximum of two (2) business days.
