The Saudi Broadcasting Authority (SBA) is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of users and visitors of its digital platforms and portals. This Privacy Notice has been created to help you understand the nature of the personal data we collect, the purpose for collecting and processing such data, and your rights regarding the processing of your personal information in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This notice and the information contained within it form part of the Terms of Use of all SBA platforms.
Our goal is to provide high-quality services to all beneficiaries while maintaining the highest levels of privacy and data protection.
Your use of the electronic portal and its associated platforms constitutes your acceptance of this Privacy Notice and the terms and conditions governing these platforms. If you do not agree with this policy, you must refrain from using any services provided through these platforms.

You alone are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any data you submit through the portal.
When you visit any SBA platform, the platform server automatically records your Internet Protocol (IP) address (the unique number assigned to your device that enables other devices on the internet to send data to it). The system also collects certain non-identifying information such as browser type, search engine used, date and time of visit, and the URL of the referring website—without identifying your personal identity.
Personal data may be shared in specific, lawful ways based on legal grounds or legitimate operational needs aimed at serving the public interest without harming national interests, organizational activities, individual privacy, or environmental safety. Exceptions apply to data or entities exempted by Royal Orders.
Necessary data may be shared with other departments or entities to better serve visitors and users. Personal data will not be shared with non-governmental bodies unless they are authorized by competent authorities to perform specific governmental services.
By providing your personal data through SBA platforms, you fully consent to the storage, processing, and use of such data by Saudi authorities. SBA reserves the right to disclose any information to relevant authorities when necessary to comply with any law, regulation, or government request.
